Yes. PayTo is available for one-off or recurring payments, and tenants authorise it in their own banking app.
PayID replaces long BSB and account numbers with a unique PayID. Tenants see your business name before they pay, and you receive bank payments exactly as you do now.
American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Tenants can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay+.
Auto Retry retries a failed payment within 48 hours, and you and your agent are alerted by email and SMS. Fees for failed payments are set out in the Tenant Terms and Conditions.
